OUTDOOR VENUES/FACILITY

IDLE HOURS
Idle hours can be arranged with the client at an additional cost of $40 an hour. An example of Idle Hours is a 4 hour booking that requires early setup so as not to interfere with ceremony services or guest arrival. It could be that the booth is being rented from 5pm to 10pm for reception time, but the ceremony is in the same space at 3pm and the bride and groom prefer to have everything setup by 1pm. Idle Hours would be charged from 1pm requested setup time to 5pm requested start time. This must be arranged no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date.

When you order a four (or more) hour rental agreement, we allow one hour of Meal Time at no cost, which is typically used while meals and speeches commence. The attendant will eat out of sight from your guests and celebration.
MEALS
For most events, we plan to have 1-2 attendants operating the photo booth for the duration of the event. Please ensure that events requiring four or more hours will include a meal for the attendant(s).
ARRIVAL TIME & SETUP
We will arrive 90 minutes prior to the service start time and depart 30-60 minutes after the service end time. If we will be required to arrive or depart outside of these windows, then idle hours will be charged.
